POTTERY CLASSES & PROGRAMS
Adult Pottery Wheel (16+)
Beginner and Intermediate classes are combined. Beginner students start with a basic foundation in pottery. Classes cover the pottery wheel and additional techniques to accompany the wheel. Classes also cover glazing and kiln firing techniques. Class allows intermediate students to advance in skill with new techniques and approaches to the medium.
Starting with the second class, students may arrive 1/2 hour early to warm up prior to class. Class fee covers the use of all tools and 25#'s of clay. Students can keep up to 12 finished pieces.
Cost is $175

Altered Thrown Forms (16+)
Beginner and Intermediate classes are combined. Students learn to maximize the use of the slab roller, extruder, wheel and many other pottery tools to create functional and sculptural works of art. Classes also cover glazing and kiln firing techniques. Class allows intermediate students to advance in skill with new techniques and approaches to the medium.
Starting with the second class, students may arrive 1/2 hour early to warm up prior to class. Class fee covers the use of all tools and 25#'s of clay. Students can keep up to 12 finished pieces.

Youth Pottery Basics (8-15)
Excellent beginner class for that young potter at heart. Students start with a basic foundation in pottery. Classes cover mainly the pottery wheel along with additional techniques to accompany the wheel, as well as glazing and kiln firing techniques.

Pre-School Pottery w/Parent
Ages 2-4
Pre-school pottery w/parent is a 6 week long clay class strictly dedicated to the FUN side of clay. Each week we will have a new theme for you and your little one to work on together. Themes such as animals in clay, stamping tiles and many other exciting adventures in clay. Each class is 30 minutes long and class fees cover all materials and supplies.
Cost is $65
Class size limited to 10

Couples at the Wheel
One time class designed to give couples a go at the wheel. One of our instuctors will work with the two of you while you both have fun playing in clay! Great for a date, or even just a couple of friends trying out clay! All materials are included, just come and have fun.
Session must be scheduled. Limit of 6 people per session (3 Couples)
Cost is $60 for 2 people per 1 1/2 hr. session

The Sampler
Think you might want to get into pottery? Well, this one time class is designed to give you a taste of playing on the wheel. One of our instructors will work with you while you have fun playing in clay and learning the fundamentals. All materials are included, just come and have fun!Limit of 6 people per session.
Session must be scheduled. Limit 0f 6 per session.
Cost is $35/person per 1 1/2 hr. session
